Shipping & Cancellation
We ship to the following countries with the exception of collaborations which each have their own licensing restrictions and countries available for shipping. Please see the collab product pages for further details on which countries they ship to.
HipDot products ship to: United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
US shipping is estimated at 5-8 days. We ship directly from Los Angeles, California where we are based and so packages to the East Coast will take on the longer side of the estimate and packages to the West Coast will be on the short side of the estimate. We ship Monday through Friday and the estimated 5-8 days excludes weekends and any non-delivery holidays. International shipping takes longer depending on the country and is prepaid with duties and taxes to ensure no delivery issues or surprise charges.

We process orders quickly so you can get them as fast as possible. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is placed.
Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate!
Please be sure to check the shipping address on your order! If a package is returned to us because of an error with the address that was input on the order, HipDot will ship it back one more time. If you decide to not have the package resent a $10 restocking fee will apply in addition to the shipping cost of the original shipment.
